Return requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Items which are poly wrapped should be unopened. Please return items in original or like shipping package. We strongly encourage you to return items insured and with tracking capability as you are responsible for returning the items you ordered to us undamaged.

How do I report product which was damaged upon receipt?
- Damaged product must be reported 10 days after product receipt. A photo will be requested. Please contact Smead Customer Service for instructions by either email: CustomerCareTeam@Smead.com or by Phone Toll-Free 888-737-6323.
How do I return?
- Enter your order number (i.e. MOLXXXX) and email address in the fields above and click Start a Return
- Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days.
- We will issue refunds using the same method as the original payment. Please allow up to two billing cycles for refunds to appear on your credit card statement.
- Smead has final determination as to whether or not merchandise can be returned for credit.
